Hot Lotto, like Powerball, is actually two separate drawings: 5/39 and 1/19. It is
best to use a pick-5 wheel for the 5/39 and mark the Hot Ball separately on your play slip.
(The only way to wheel all six numbers would be to repeat the entire five-number wheel with each
Hot Ball used--which would create huge, expensive lottery wheels with very low win guarantees.)
