Gail Howard's Smart Luck Publishers (selling lottery books) has been in business since 1983. Gail Howard's Smart Luck Software (selling lottery software) has been in business since 1988. The Gail Howard Smart Luck Lottery Books and Lotto Software web site has been active since January 1997 (just two years after the commercial Internet started) as www.smartluck.com and www.gailhoward.com and www.lotteryadvantage.com. All three names, Smart Luck^®, Gail Howard^®, and Lottery Advantage^®, are also registered trademarks.

We do not make wild, misleading tabloid-style claims but deal only in verifiable truth. In an effort to help you win, we provide loads of free, sincere, helpful advice on how best to play your favorite lottery. We also provide free wheeling systems that have already won two or more first prize jackpots - and we do not make you sign in or register for this free service (although we reserve the right to require some such sign-in at a future date).

The Gail Howard Smart Luck site is a commercial web site hosted by Earthlink and registered with Internic. Unlike the web sites of some of our unscrupulous competitors, we are not running the site on a free ISP user account.

We provide a secure order form (the site is certified by Verisign) for safe Internet ordering and toll free numbers which are answered by people who know the products. We do not sell or rent or reveal your e-mail address or any other personal information to anyone. Our database is not physically connected to the Internet and therefore cannot be "hacked."

We do not send unsolicited emails to our customers, although we may create one or more opt-in lists in the future so that those who choose to do so can receive e-mail information from us possibly on a regular basis.

We provide tech support e-mail and phone numbers manned by real people who solve problems without charge. (Beware of doing business with web sites that don't have telephone numbers.)
