$25,000 JACKPOT WON IN VIRGINIA
"Thanks for Your Information and Help."
Douglas Roper of Morganton, North Carolina, sent me a confirmation of his jackpot win
along with this letter: "Dear Gail, On November 27, 1995, I won the Virginia Cash 5
using your system. I wheeled the numbers, using your System #3611. Playing the
combinations for $0.25 each, one was lucky! My winning ticket paid me $25,001.25.
The $1.25 on my $25,000 check was a win on the same ticket. Thanks so much for your
information and help. Douglas R. Roper, Sr."
This jackpot winning system #3611 was in the first edition of my book,
LOTTO WHEEL FIVE
TO WIN, and also in my WHEEL FIVE software. It wheels 20 numbers in 36 combinations
and has a 3 out of 5 win guarantee. This means, if you get all five winning numbers in your
chosen group of 20, you are guaranteed to win at least one three-number prize.
But, as with all my Balanced Wheels, you could win much more than the guaranteed minimum.
You could even win the first prize jackpot, as Douglas Roper proved. If you don't win the
jackpot, it is possible to win four 2nd prizes plus four 3rd prizes. If you get only four
winning numbers correct, there is no win guarantee, but you could win two 2nd prizes and
three 3rd prizes. With only three winning numbers, it is possible to win four 3rd prizes.
The Virginia Lottery has a great pick-5 game. You can choose to wager 25 cents, 50 cents
or $1.00 on each set of five numbers played. System #3611 cost Douglas Roper $9 to play in
the Virginia 5/34 game. Just think how much more fun we could have wheeling the numbers if
we could play all lotto games for as little as 25 cents per game!
