A: When you place your order, you should get an order confirmation email within a few minutes stating when your order will be processed. Download orders are processed just like shipped orders. If you order before 2pm Eastern time, your order will be processed the next business day, or orders after 2pm Eastern will be processed the second business day. The install codes and instructions for downloading are emailed as an attachment to the shipping confirmation email, usually by the end of business the same day as the order is processed but no later than the next morning.

If you did not receive your order confirmation email, then either your order did not go through, or your email address had a problem (possibilities include: you typed your email address incorrectly, your email isn't accepting mail from us, etc). If you didn't receive this email, contact us to see if your order was received. If you did receive the confirmation email, please wait until the day after the email says your order will be shipped before contacting us about your download codes. Thank you.
