The High-Low Bias Tracker is a lotto strategy chart in Advantage Plus lottery software (Chart H) and the Lottery Master Guide book. This chart shows whether the next drawing will be likely to favor high or low numbers. The Low/High Bias Tracker helps spot opportunities to cash in on a bias indicated by too much activity in either the lower half or the upper half of the number field. When these out-of-balance conditions occur, expect a swing in the opposite direction. Generally you should have a more or less even mix of high and low numbers unless you see a bias.
