A: For flash drive users, if you have any problems with
the flash drive or lottery updater, you need to first "check for
upgrades" to see if the problem has already been fixed.
You will need to run the "check for upgrades" function on the
Install/Backup options tab, and if you experience any
difficulties with the upgrade function,
download ghmupg.exe directly.
