                         VERSION 3.14 RELEASE NOTES

* Mainly regenerated with windows installer instead of DOS installer. This
  was done mainly to support installation from a cd. The Windows installer
  creates the desktop shortcut automatically if needed.

                         VERSION 3.13 RELEASE NOTES

* Corrected some remaining problems with print options.
  Made Windows-Only Printer the default printer.
  Added SHORTCUT.EXE to disk so Standalone shortcut can be made

                         VERSION 3.12 RELEASE NOTES

* Updates Copyright dates, corrects problem with print option display
  (option 8 - Power Number Printing is ON or OFF was chopped off and
   did not show the state, though the function actually worked).
  Added the printer device name to Print Option 1 so that one can easily
  verify that WIN printer is selected (or LPT1 etc).

                         VERSION 3.11 RELEASE NOTES

* This release corrects a problem with the display of serial numbers on
  Pentium III machines.

                         VERSION 3.10 RELEASE NOTES

* This release changes the Address on the main screen from New York to Las
Vegas and corrects the technical support number. There are no program changes.

                         VERSION 3.09 RELEASE NOTES

* Corrected problem with printing win-test results and other standard report
  printing from Full Wheel Generator.

                         VERSION 3.08 RELEASE NOTES

* PRINTING TO WINDOWS-ONLY PRINTERS:  Full Wheel Generator has been modified to
  optionally print to Windows-only printers using a special WIN device name
  instead of PRN, LPT1, LPT2 or LPT3. When run with Advantage Plus, program
  will use the printer settings in Advantage Plus, otherwise, printing to a
  file named WIN will trigger this feature. You can also specify the printer
  as part of the run command by adding the flag /prn=win to the command line.

* All wheels have been modified to accept zero as a valid number in order to
  accommodate zero based lotteries. Range of numbers that can be used in a
  wheel is 00-99.

* Printing has been expanded to allow the following items to be included or
  independently suppressed when printing wheels:

  Page Headings,
  Combination numbers,
  Combination Sums,
  Power Numbers,
  Print Single Column or standard Multicolumn.

* Can print a range of pages to make it easier to print larger full wheels.

* Advantage Plus interface has been improved. Can win-check or test drive
  wheels through any history file with enough numbers regardless of draw size.
  Selecting lottery files to check or test drive has been standardized between
  Advantage Plus and wheel programs.
