• Minimum Requirements: Runs on IBM PC compatible computers with at least 512k of memory running MS DOS 2 or higher. Runs well as a DOS application in Windows 32-bit versions 3.x, Windows 95/98/NT/ME/2K/32-bit XP/32-bit Vista/32-bit 7 and on Macintosh computers equipped with DOS Card Soft-PC or Soft-Windows. The programs will not run on 64 bit versions of XP or Vista without advanced technical help which is not for the computer novice.

WHEEL FOUR PLUS IS NOT FOR: Daily Number 4-Digit Games.

Wheel Four Plus is NOT designed for the 4-digit games 0000-9999, which have winning numbers such as 0123 or 9876.

WHEEL FOUR PLUS IS NOT IDEAL FOR: England's Hot Picks.

Wheel Four Plus is not ideal for England's Hot Picks which is played by marking 4 numbers on a ticket. The 4-number Hot Picks game has only one prize category - the top prize. It does not pay anything for less than a 4-number match, and wheeling programs are based on the concept of a guaranteed win lower than the top prize. When secondary prizes are not awarded, the usefulness of wheeling is limited. Only a Full Wheel has a win guarantee that guarantees the top prize, the only prize in Hot Picks. The majority of wheels in the Wheel Four Plus program are abbreviated Balanced Wheels, not Full Wheels. Wheel Four Plus has Full Wheels for up to 13 numbers; One Power Number Wheels for up to 17 numbers; and Two Power Number Wheels for up to 35 numbers.
