A: This appears to be an error that's not directly related to our programs and we've never personally seen the error, so we do not have experience fixing it directly.

One of our customers has given us the following instructions:
Right click on the Advantage Plus desktop icon and select Properties. Go to the "Screen" tab , and click the button next to "window" in the Usage section and then click "apply" and "ok" to close the box.

You can also try running the program directly from the install folder instead of using the shortcut. Double click on gail.exe in the C:\GH folder.

A google search for the error message produces NTVDM.ECE Process Information. We recommend you go to this site and run the three items shown there. There is also a microsoft help page on the resolution for this problem. If you have any helpful information about fixing this error, please contact us.
