A: If your software was purchased within the past 2 years, we may be able to regenerate your download codes to send to you. This is not a guarantee, and we always recommend you save backup copies of your codes. Send us an email with your full name and request and we will do our best to get new codes if your programs are current. We recommend to everyone that you purchase download codes and save the codes to your computer (and backup hard drive or flash drive) as well as printing out a hard copy to keep with your important records in case of computer failure.

Free Program Patches

If your software is outdated but you still have it installed, you can check our free patches page to see if your software is eligible for a free patch. If you're able to use the free patch, there may not be a need to upgrade. Note that the NEW Windows versions of the programs are not available as a free patch.

Order an Upgrade

If you've lost your software and want a new cd or flash drive, or your software is too old for us to create codes and you want the new version of the software, you will need to purchase an upgrade. Please refer to our Upgrades page to check your version numbers against our shipping version. Upgrades are identical to new software except for the price. They can be installed on a different PC or on top of an old version of the program. If you have purchased an older version of one of our programs, you are eligible to buy an upgrade for the SAME program, and you can do so by calling our order line, or by adding an upgrade to your cart from the Upgrades page and then proceeding through the secure online checkout. Please note: You must enter a valid serial number for a previous version of the same program to be able to add the upgrade to your cart. We will then compare this number with our order records to verify your prior purchase.
